Foot pain on inside of right foot's arch.? - male foot pain

I have anchored a sharp pain in his right foot on the bow in about two inches from mine. I can not say if the bones and muscles.
It is sensitive to stand and walk, to feel as you will otherwise grow into the muscle or bone to the complaints, the similar brooze network.
It feels almost like my bones to gnaw. It takes longer than a month.
A foot rest does not help to relieve pain.
I am a white male aged 23 years. I have not noticed any swelling or discoloration.
